DEPOSITS
The deposit required to hold a cabin is equivalent to 25% of the total invoice amount. If cancellation of the reservation occurs 60 days or more before the reserved time, the deposit, minus a $50.00 handling fee, will be credited to you for a future stay that must be used within 12 months. In the event the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the reserved time, the deposit will be forfeited. Upon arrival, the remainder of your lodging invoice is due, and you are responsible for the full period you have reserved. Guests may run a tab of other charges during their stay, payable prior to departure.
EXTRA OCCUPANTS
There is no extra charge for extra people in a cabin providing it is occupied by ONE HOUSEHOLD. Multiple households in one cabin will be charged for extra people over the cabin rate.
Cabins #5 and #6, you will be allowed to have 2 extra children under the age of 10 over the cabin rate.
DOGS
We DO NOT ALLOW dogs at the resort unless prior arrangements have been made, and then in cabins #1 and #7 only. There is a $75.00 charge for each dog, regardless of how long they are with our guests! All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and must be walked on the trails across the road. Dogs are absolutely not allowed on or near the beach! Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their dog and keeping their dog quiet! You will also be held financially responsible for any damage your pet creates.

Check-out by 9:00 A.M. Saturday.

TAXES
-Minnesota Sales Tax @ 6.875%, & Beltrami County Tax @ .005%,
applies to all cabin and equipment rentals.
